1.Does granite stain easily?
Granite countertops stain easily.
Granite counters are resistant to stains. Generally, any liquid spilled on a granite top, if wiped up within a few minutes, will not stain. However, even water can soak into a granite countertop and leave a dark colored spot but this will evaporate in minutes.
2.Is 2cm or 3cm granite better?
Both 2cm and 3cm have these characteristics. The material itself: granite, marble, or other stone – is inheritably stronger when thicker. So yes, a 3cm slab of granite is stronger than a 2cm slab. ... What's more, the 2cm stone will weigh less – therefore requiring less support from counters and house foundation below.
