1: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock based on full containers order, but it is final depends on the order quantity.
2. Why your sales' quotation are different from your website prices?
Because for the natural stones, even same marble if colors or vains are different then prices will be
different, and slabs' cost are different from cut tiles, all stone prices will based on quantity, sizes and designs, so it will be better to check with sales's team to get the correct prices based on your own requirements.
3. Can I ask to send a sample before I place an trail order?
Sample can be sent/customized when the client has requirement.
