1. Can you introduce payment by L/C?
Yes, we can accept payment by L/C. But it must be an irrevocable letter of credit.
2. Which port do you usually ship from in China?
The most frequently shipped ports in China are Xiamen, Qingdao, Wuhan, Tianjin and Wuzhou. The specific port from which to ship is mainly determined by what goods the customer ordered.
3. What kinds of granite do you have advantage?
We have advantages in grey granite G603, dark grey granite G654, yellow granite G682 and brown granite G664.
4. What is the tolerance of cut to size slabs?
Our tolerance of length is +/-0.5mm and the tolerance of width is +/-0.5mm in cut to size slabs.
5. How much weight can you pack in a 20-foot container?
This should be decided according to the weight limit stipulated by the customer's country. Some countries can accept 27 tons, some 24 tons and some 21.5 tons. The United States, which has the strictest road traffic restrictions, can only accept 17.2 tons.
