2. How to control the quality?
We have a professional inspection team who will check the goods from block cutting ,finishing,
packing and loading into the container, and all the processing jobs we also will show the pictures or videos for clients.
For example:
1).Polished degree: 95 degree up.
2).Thickness tolerance: +/-1mm or +/-2mm,depending on your quality demand.
3).QC checks piece by piece strictly based on your quality demand before packing.
3. What is mushroom surface?
The mushroom surface are sheets shaped like rolling hills on the surface of stone by hammer and chisel. This processing method has certain requirements for the thickness of stone. Generally, the bottom thickness is at least 3CM, and the protruding part can be at least 2CM or more according to the actual requirements. Mushroom stones are used extensively on economical fences.
